Let’s Learn all Things Healthy.
As humans, we are fortunate enough to have one of the most sophisticated and complicated machines
that exist. The body.
It is the one entity which anables us to do everything there is that a human can do, other entities like
the soul, mind and spirit are housed by our bodies.
So even as we are concious in other part of our live, jobs,families, education and such, we should also be
cautious in treating this machine that enbales us to do all that.
Below are some little changes you can do which will help you become more healthy;


Be aware of the food you are eating
Food is essential to our bodies as it gives us the strength and enables us be active and healthy, but
some foods like too much sugar and fats will bring the risk of chronic dieseases like cancer, diabetes and
obesity. Choose to eat healthy over sweet.


Drink lots of water
This is almost a cliche, but it better if we hear it everyday and consciously choose to follow it. Water
enables the balance of fluids in the body, like circulation, absorption and digestion fluids. This explains
the many advantages of drinking water. It generally helps in carrying nutrients and oxygen to your cells,
flushing bacteria from your bladder, aiding digestion, preventing constipation and others.


Do some physical exercise.
You don’t need to have a gym membership to be phsysically active. Simple acts like walking to the shop
instead of driving can be helpful. The next time you will introduce something else like running once in a
week, and finally you will plan to go to the gym or do home work outs. Exercise helps in maintaining a
healthy weight, helps you be active and productive and reduce the risk of getting disease like diabetes
and high blood pressure.
